Overview: this machine can be divided into three parts:
1. The frame parts: the machine frame adopts optimal carbon steel, channel steel welded together, and passed the strict product quality certification and the specific technical requirements, has reached the purpose of using this machine;
2. Drive screening part: this part adopts modular screen mesh, its by the driving wheel through coupling to the main shaft, the screen installation and welding on the main shaft of the roll cage. Material from the feed end to enter, in continuous rotary roll cage, grading, uniform discharging mouth outflow from below, it effectively separate the finished product and returns, thus reducing the labor intensity;
3. The drive coupling parts: motor drive belt pulley, triangle, speed reducer drive, make the spindle rotation work, the working parts of transmission reducer with the host, all use dowel pin type gear coupling phase transfer drive, convenient assembly and maintenance.
